Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sea Witch is not responsible for lost or missing items once shipped.  Please contact the carrier to file a report.  

You can always contact us for any refund or replacement questions at info@seawitchpepperpotion.com. We will evaluate refunds or returns on a case-by-case basis.
